Edge
of the World is a soothing album of ambient music featuring
songs written and performed by Bauhof on acoustic guitar
with occasional accompaniment of flute and violin. As new-age
albums are wont to do, the names of the tracks are indicative
of the feelings and expressions evoked by the music: Twilight,
The Awakening, Wither, etc.
The
songs flow easily into one another, and after a listen
one’s
stress level tends to subside nicely. For best results,
try listening from lotus position with sandlewood incense
burning in the background.
