Call Me Alice is a San Diego band that is carving the same
territory of industrial, Goth and pop rockers like Nine Inch
Nails, Siouxsie and the Banshees and No Doubt. The music
thunders behind the ethereal vocals of two women, Crosby
and Epiphany, who complement the techno pulse with aplomb.
This
album carries a powerful punch throughout. It’s
comprised of eight tunes: six originals and two remixes.
The production quality is quite good, and the elements of
sound remain distinct, even when the music reaches a crescendo.
Recommended for those who dance to a Gothic motor.
