I have immediately classified this album into
the Indie category, however delivering a very familiar sound
to me, mixing tones, vocal styles, and songwriting styles
of many bands I have heard. The nice thing is, every band,
especially these guys, have managed to hit the top of my
list. Among the many familiarities are souring guitar licks,
wonderful combination of sounds, an awesome drive, fat choruses,
and sweet harmonies.
Check out the website and you will find a great video clip
containing some live shots, interviews, and great real life
shots. Want to bring a powerful album into your collection
of CD’s, and have something you can listen to repeatedly
and still find something new every time? Frequency Fall will
fill that void. No it is not a cure all, but will definitely
change your way of looking at indie rock and any related
counterparts. These guys sweeten the tooth with fantastic
consistency and make you want more.
