Smooth! This album has a great feel to it right
out of the box! I actually dig this album a lot! The quality
is perfect, reflecting the intent of the album quite well.
This 5-piece band has a big sound and uses their talents
well. I would recommend dropping these guys a “white star”
line and getting a hold of the album.
Their sound has a nice groove to it, keeps a good consistency,
and a wonderfully intense feel. There is a part of track
3 that reminded me of Cake, expect I like the vocals that
Scott brings us here. The drums have a great concept in that
for every song they stay consistent throughout. This allows
the listener to get into it, and almost gives a sort-of loop-based/electronica
feel. I would definitely recommend listening to this album.
