Bob Burger is a singer/songwriter renowned for
his skill in composing hundreds of hook-laden songs,
as well as for the energy and emotion of his live
performances. He has written songs for recording
artists Styx, Donnie Iris, Glen Burtnik, Bobby
Bandiera and others, as well as for media conglomerates
like HBO Pictures.
Bob's work has
been hailed for its master song crafting, musicianship
and production quality. His CDs feature renowned
players including Jimmy Leahey (John Waite), PK
Lavengood (John Eddie), Bobby Bandiera (Bon Jovi,
Asbury Jukes), Joe Bellia (Asbury Jukes), Jerry
Gaskill (King's X), Rob Tanico (Highway 9) and
Plink Giglio (Glen Burtnik).
Bob performs
regularly on the Jersey Shore in both acoustic
and electric venues. Recent notable events
have included gala CD promotional band performances,
sold out NJ Rock & Soul Revue shows at Count
Basie Theatre, performances with Bruce Springsteen
at annual holiday shows, and benefit performances
backing Springsteen, Bon Jovi, Southside Johnny
and Gary "U.S." Bonds.
