About: |
We
are a band centered in the greater Trenton area, NJ.
we orginated as a coverband... looking to play small
gig for a good time in the area, but in the past year,
we have developed our own sound and have begun to
write and preform original material. simply, we like
to consider our sound as straight rock with female
vocals... but we have been described as Sheryl Crow
gone punk (if you can picture that). Basically, we
like to have a good time, get a crowd pumped and play
out as much as possible.

Influences: |
Difficult
to say - all the band members come from real diverse
musical backgrounds (probably the reason why our sound
is so hard to describe) but...vocals inspired by Melissa
Ferrick, Pat Benitar, with rock-folk guitar elaboration.
Lead guitar inspired from great pop-rock, catchy riff-type
music, from 3rd Eye Blind to Bon Jovi. Bass bred by
classic rock, with a deep nod to the experimental
(i.e. Garbage) and drums built from metal and hardcore
(Metallica, Pantera) spliced with an appreciation
of fine jazz. It is a wierd, but workable mix. |
